We appreciate at least 72 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointments

We currently are only taking clients by appointment on a first come basis.  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment. Deposits are non transferable and is forfeited if the client cancels or no shows (tardiness) to the appointment. We do not do refund deposits for buyers remorse. Please be sure you understand the procedure prior to booking.

Complementary touch ups which are included in the package must be scheduled within 5-8 weeks from the initial appointment. Any appointments after 8 weeks will be subjected to new charges.

Clients who return for touch up after going to another artist will be treated as new clients under the tattoo cover up category. Please keep in mind it is very difficult to correct other artist work. We do not perform touch up work if you had your eyebrows done by another microblading artist.

Please note:

We do not perform any treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing. Minors under the age of 18 must have guardian consent.

Promotional gift cards may not be combined.  Single use only and must be presented before the session starts for price adjustments.  Non promotional gift cards can be combined and use for multiple treatments as desired.

Refunds

All treatments and deposits are non-refundable.

Visitors and Children

NIOSH guidelines do not allow observers in the procedure room. Family or friends can remain in the waiting room if desired. They are also welcome to participate during makeup designing. The entire office, including waiting room, is not equipped for children or babies. Child care arrangements must be made prior to all appointments.”
